Tomorrow is the first day of out “Be the Ripple – Spread Positivity Challenge”. I’m very excited that we will be joining together to create our waves of positivity. I have heard from a lot of people who are joining us and encouraging others to join as well. People throughout the US, the UK and Australia so far. Where are you joining us from? I already feel the energetic vibrations rising.
I wanted to touch base today, before we start the challenge, to provide some tips that i think may enhance the experience of this challenge and encourage you to have fun doing this.
* First: These positive actions can be very simple and I encourage you to chose actions that are enjoyable for you. Please do not put pressure on yourself or take actions that feel like obligations. Keep any obligations on your to do list and try to use the time you spend on this challenge for uplifting, fun actions that are meaningful for you.
* Allow yourself to be open to try new fun things and to listen to your inner guidance. my intention is to provide some time and space during my videos to help you tap into this.
* Take time for reflections, however that is helpful for you. I plan to write and sketch. There are many ways to reflect and we can explore those during one of our mindful videos.
* Please continue to share this challenge. People can join any time for how ever many actions they choose. The more positive energy – the better.
